A Christmas Carol 1941 at San Diego Rep

A Christmas Carol set in an unused Speakeasy a few weeks after Pearl Harbor. As the story moved backwards the old speakeasy came to life - the band delivered by a turntable, walls swiveling to become booths, Austrian drapes covering dingy walls and Mics popping out of traps. An exciting project I worked very closely with Director Kirsten Brandt and Adapter D.W. Jacobs on.
